Up In The Air is proof that everybody needs human connection. In the toughest time with the hardest job George Clooney's character cuts himself off from others to avoid any feelings of attachment. But when his company tries to fulfill a growing need for a fast paced society, his ideals are put into question. Between his understudy, new girlfriend, and family he is able to find what was missing. Sometimes what we are looking for has been there all along.
