The Blind Side is the story of a wealthy family, who helps a young man that has nothing but the clothes on his back. In return he shows them that they have so much more then they ever realized. Sandra Bullock plays a strong-headed mother determined to help in anyway she can. Despite some public blowback and ridicule from friends, she sticks with him and her family takes him in like he is their own son. It is a new version of an age-old story that perhaps will never die. Although it doesn't offer anything new to the dialogue, it is heartfelt and a true story that helps us to remember we can make a difference every day.
